A Warm Setting for Every Celebration
Our private dining room accommodates groups of up to 42 guests and is reserved for 2.5 hours. There is no separate room fee; a minimum food and beverage spend applies. Parties of 19 to 42 guests select from one of our family-style package menus. Smaller groups may order from Arpeggio’s regular menu, while the private-room minimum remains in effect.
Choose the Menu That Fits Your Event
Our private-party packages are served family style with generous portions. Packages include selected appetizers, entrées, and non-alcoholic beverages. Tax and 20% gratuity are additional.
Lunch Package
Choose two appetizers and three lunch entrées, served family style. Soda, iced tea, lemonade, and coffee are included.
Daytime private-room events have a $1,500 minimum spend and must end by 4:00 PM.

Events beginning after 3:00 PM have a $2,600 minimum spend.

Reservations
Book online, choose your package, and let us know your preferred time. Groups over 42 should call 215-646-5055.
Deposit
A $500 deposit is required. It is fully refundable with at least seven days’ notice.
Special Requests
We gladly accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and menu substitutions whenever possible.
Cakes & Desserts
Order a custom cake through Arpeggio with seven days’ notice, or bring your own dessert for a $2 per-person serving fee.

Cakes & Desserts
Dessert is not included with the private party packages.
Custom cakes may be ordered through Arpeggio with at least 7 days notice.
You may also bring your own cake or dessert. A $2 per person serving fee applies to cakes brought in from outside.
Cakes, cookies, and desserts ordered through Arpeggio are supplied by our bakery partner. Arpeggio will coordinate delivery and storage with no additional markup.
Private Party Information
Your private party room is reserved for 2.5 hours. Please provide your final guest count at least 3 days before your event.
You will be served the menu items selected on this form. If you need to make changes or add additional items after submitting, please contact Arpeggio.
Family-style selections are served in group-sized portions. Additional menu items may be added for an additional charge.
Party food is intended to be consumed during your event and cannot be packaged to take home.
Decorating & Alcohol
Guests may arrive up to 30 minutes before the event to decorate.
Flowers and favors are welcome.
Please do not use glitter, confetti, or tape on walls or wood surfaces.
Balloons are permitted but must be securely anchored due to the 25-foot ceiling. Balloon arches are recommended.
Alcohol may be dropped off earlier on the day of the event or the day before. Arpeggio can store and chill wine, beer, and champagne.
The host is responsible for any damage caused during decorating or the event.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 2 weeks notice if you need to cancel your private party.
Deposits may be returned in accordance with Arpeggio's cancellation policy, less any applicable processing fee.
Reservation availability, minimum spends, deposits, and payments are handled through OpenTable.
Dietary Restrictions & Special Requests
Arpeggio is happy to accommodate dietary restrictions, food allergies, and sensitivities.
When necessary, a separate meal can be prepared at no additional charge.
Please indicate on the form how many special meals are needed and provide details about any allergies, dietary restrictions, or other special requests.
